After hail damage hit our roof, we called Aegis Construction, it turned out to be one of the smoother home repair experiences we've had, and that's saying something when insurance is involved. Our rep, Zach Greenberger, walked us through every step of the claims process and was always available when we had questions. They had a huge selection of high quality materials to choose from, showed up exactly when they said they would, and the crew did beautiful, clean work from start to finish. They even managed to sneak in a few upgrades to the house while still keeping everything within what our insurance covered. Aegis actually has a real facilities and offices, right here in Elmhurst and Villa Park, so you know they're not disappearing after a storm rolls through. Highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter work, hail damage or any other exterior projects you might have.

From the very first phone call, my experience with Aegis Construction Group, Inc. has been exceptional. A few months ago, Mike came out to inspect my roof, and I was incredibly impressed with how thorough, honest, and professional he was. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and reassured me that my roof was in great shape. I truly appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Unfortunately, our area has been hit hard with several severe storms since then, including another one after Mike’s inspection. I called Jake, the manager, to share my concerns, and without hesitation, he immediately arranged for someone to come back out and inspect my roof again just to make sure no new damage had occurred. After many attempts on finding a roofing company, Aegis was the only one to respond to my calls. Not only did they respond, but they did responded right away! I forgot who I talked to first but he was very responsive to me even during a difficult time he was going through. From there he sent over one of his guys to help me. I was helped by Bryan. He always kept in touch with me on what the plan was. He was on top of it. He also explained how some insurance companies worked and guided me throughout the whole process. While we were waiting for the shingles to arrive, they tarped the area of the roof that was damaged. I forgot who worked on my roof but he was done within an hour or so. Granted, it was a few shingles that had to be replaced. They also noticed my front siding was missing a piece and offered to fix it up as well. Amazing work and customer service from all the guys here.

I’ve been involved with public project management for 40 years, and my experience with Aegis Construction Group (for my personal home roof and gutter replacement caused by hail damage) by far is one of the best contractor’s, especially Nico Buccieri, that I’ve worked with that included but not limited to: initial roof inspection, acceptance of Owner requested contractual terms & conditions, worker safety (OSHA compliance), contract administration/documentation (addendums, owner initiated change orders, waiver of liens, invoices, etc), insurance administration/cost negotiations, ethical, subcontractor management, material options, overall client communication, quality of workmanship and fair pricing. Based on my specific experience I would consider rehiring Aegis for any future work.

After a bad August storm we had our roof replaced. Howard from Aegis walked us through the insurance claims process and was in constant contact. Great guy to work with and enjoyable to talk to. Moshi was great as well. They both made the whole process seamless. Very glad I went with Aegis and I highly recommend them!

Aegis replaced my roof, soffits, gutters and downspouts. The quality of work, quality of products used, their amazing construction crews, the clean up, the finished product and communication during the construction was so much better than l anticipated. If possible l would give them more than 5 stars.

If you need your roof done, go with Carmen Curio (with Aegis Construction Group ) . He has my highest recommendation. He has been diligently working through my situation with me since October(!), helping me through each phase of the process. I don't want to go into too much detail here, but it all began when he alerted me to some red flags that were so disheartening at the time, but really ended up saving me a LOT of money and hassles in the long run. Every time I text him, he replies promptly and never gives the impression that I'm annoying him...even though my friends all know how annoying I actually am. The roof is done, but the insurance process is not...and he is still going the extra mile to help me through it (even though Aegis Construction has been paid and Carmen has nothing really left to gain financially). I feel like most people/companies in the same position just move on to the next paycheck, providing the "extra mile" only to secure the job. This, in and of itself, speaks volumes about him and Aegis. They are the real deal. Thank you, Carmen. I know I'm not your friend, but you're a friend.

I feel your new website is most impressive, covering all questions a perspective buyer would be thinking. When mentioning siding, towns are mentioned...then it is stated plus...."surrounding towns ". What would those towns be? Might become a make or break it for customer.

100% recommend Aegis!! We had hail damage to our roof right before an out-of-state move, and gave Aegis a call to help us out. Kenny and Rae handled all the back and forth with insurance, worked hard to get us a fair adjustment, and provided us photos and updates along the way. The work was done very promptly, and they made a very stressful situation as smooth as could be.
