Not only did they respond, but they did responded right away! I forgot who I talked to first but he was very responsive to me even during a difficult time he was going through. From there he sent over one of his guys to help me. I was helped by Bryan. He always kept in touch with me on what the plan was. He was on top of it. He also explained how some insurance companies worked and guided me throughout the whole process. While we were waiting for the shingles to arrive, they tarped the area of the roof that was damaged. I forgot who worked on my roof but he was done within an hour or so. Granted, it was a few shingles that had to be replaced. He has been diligently working through my situation with me since October(!), helping me through each phase of the process.  I don't want to go into too much detail here, but it all began when he alerted me to some red flags that were so disheartening at the time, but really ended up saving me a LOT of money and hassles in the long run.  Every time I text him, he replies promptly and never gives the impression that I'm annoying him...even though my friends all know how annoying I actually am. The roof is done, but the insurance process is not...and he is still going the extra mile to help me through it (even though Aegis Construction has been paid and Carmen has nothing really left to gain financially).  I feel like most people/companies in the same position just move on to the next paycheck, providing the "extra mile" only to secure the job.
